Megan Nemec

Megan Nemec currently serves as a Digital Communications Specialist at Valent U.S.A. LLC since July 2022, leveraging a background in agronomy and agricultural communications. With extensive experience in the agricultural sector, Megan has worked as a Farm Hand at Nemec Farms since 1999, and previously held positions as an Agronomist and Communications Manager at O'Brien County Ag Supply, a Marketing Communications Intern at Growers Edge, and a Communication Specialist Assistant at Iowa State University's Department of Agronomy. In addition, Megan gained valuable experience as a Teaching Assistant and a CALS News Reporter at Iowa State University. Megan holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Agronomy and Agricultural Communication/Journalism from Iowa State University, completed in 2020, alongside earlier education at Prairie High School.
