Emma Moore Ms, Rdn

Emma Moore, MS, RDN, currently serves as an R&D Formulator at Valentine Enterprises, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Emma was a Food Scientist and Project Manager at UGA's Center for Food Product Innovation and Commercialization from July 2022 to June 2023, overseeing client projects and managing project proposals. Emma's experience also includes positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia, focusing on protein hydrolysate powders, and a Laboratory Assistant at Pennington Biomedical Research Center, where meal preparation and nutrient analysis validation were key responsibilities. Additionally, Emma completed a Dietetic Internship at North Oaks Health System, accumulating 1200 supervised practice hours, and conducted undergraduate research at Louisiana State University on weight gain prevention in obese mice. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Louisiana State University.
