Thibault Hesse

Thibault Hesse is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the luxury goods and investment banking sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Valentino in the Middle East, Africa, and India since April 2024, Thibault previously held several leadership roles at Hermès, including Managing Director for India & Middle East and Regional Manager for the Middle East, spanning over a decade from March 2012 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a position as an Investment Banker at Ondra Partners from November 2010 to February 2012. Thibault Hesse holds a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school and the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Financial Engineering from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
