Mandisa Pawelczak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative roles and leadership. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Valeo Financial Advisors LLC since September 2021, Mandisa previously held the position of Principal’s Secretary/Treasurer at MSD of Wayne Township and Operations Assistant at Valeo Financial Advisors LLC. As the Founder and President of Nika's Village, Inc. since May 2015, Mandisa demonstrates entrepreneurial acumen. Additional experience includes roles as Technology Assistant at MSD of Wayne Township, Independent Distributor at It Works! Global, and various administrative and secretarial positions at Kiwanis Club, The Elite Advantage, PwC, and Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
