Michele Perona

Michele Perona is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, and project coordination. Currently serving as Senior Procurement Category Manager at Valeo Foods Ireland since November 2014, Michele oversees procurement activities in the Baking, Food Service, and Coffee Divisions, focusing on the strategic sourcing of raw materials and packaging across multiple manufacturing sites. Prior to this role, Michele held various positions at AllinAll Ingredients, including Purchasing/Logistics Manager and Production Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing, purchasing, and resource coordination. Additional experience includes consulting as an International Project Manager and serving as Project Coordinator at CittàStudi Spa, where international projects were managed. Early career experience as a Manufacturing Technician provided a solid foundation in production management.
