Sinead Whelton

Sinead Whelton is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the ESG Manager at Valeo Foods Ireland since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sinead held various positions within Valeo Foods Group from June 2017 to June 2023, including Deputy Technical Manager and Technical Manager (Maternity Cover). Sinead's career in food development began at Kerry Foods from September 2011 to August 2014, where responsibilities included R&D product development and retailer customer support. Earlier experience includes a placement at Carbery Group in cheese production and R&D. Sinead holds a BSc in Food Business from University College Cork, completed in 2011, and graduated from Sacred Heart Secondary School, Clonakilty, in 2007.
