They began their career as a Financial Planner/ Sales Development employee at State Farm® from April 2016 to December 2017.

Allyson E Pineda earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in August 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Pasadena City College between 2015 and 2017. Allyson E completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Colegio Esclavas Del Sagrado Corazon De Jesus in Bogota, Colombia, from 2011 to 2014. In 2019, Allyson also had a study abroad experience at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they focused on Economics. In addition to their formal education, Allyson has obtained several certifications, including Scrum Master Certification from LearnQuest in February 2023, The Business of Product Management from Advancing Women in Tech (AWIT) in January 2023, and various Product Management certifications from LinkedIn in 2022.
