Kathleen Sampson

Kathleen Sampson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Projects & Programs at Valet Living since March 2021. Previous roles include Manager of Benefits and Manager of HR Projects & Compliance at the same company, as well as HR Program and Project Manager at GBMC HealthCare. Kathleen has also worked as a Consultant in Business Analysis & Process Design at Navigator Management Partners and as a Business Process Consultant at Mindboard, Inc. Early career experiences include serving as a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe, Inc., tutoring, and leadership as Student Body President at Messiah College.
