Lauren Weigold

Lauren Weigold has an extensive work experience history in human resources and administrative roles. Lauren is currently the Director of People & Culture at Valet Living, where they provide HR advice and consultation to associates and leaders. Lauren also coaches leaders on various HR matters and advises on goal setting and performance reviews. Prior to this, Lauren held various roles in the United States Army, including Senior HR Supervisor and HR Operations Manager. Lauren also served as the Director of Human Resources at Videon. In addition, Lauren has experience in strategic planning and administrative operations management at Penn State University and worked as an Administrative Professional at Bellefonte Area School District.

Lauren Weigold holds a Doctor's Degree in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Masters of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State University from 2017 to 2018. Before pursuing their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration from American Military University in 2015 and 2016. Lauren also has an Associate of Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the same university, obtained from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained a Strategic Leadership Executive Certificate from Liberty University.
