Kellie Hart

Kellie Hart has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Kellie most recently worked as the VP of Human Resources at ValGenesis starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Intelex Technologies ULC, including Head of Talent, Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Talent Management. Kellie also worked at ScribbleLive as the Director of Talent Management, where they were responsible for all areas of talent management within the company. Before that, they worked at Intelex Technologies Inc. as a Human Resources Business Partner and Corporate Recruiter. In addition, they had a role as a Health & Safety Co-op Student at PowerStream and worked in remarketing at Cypher Systems Group.

Kellie Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. Kellie also has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management Co-op from Seneca Polytechnic. In terms of additional certifications, Kellie has obtained Mental Health First Aid certification from the Canadian Mental Health Association in 2019 and Bullet Proof Manager certification from Crestcom International, LLC in 2013.
