Priya T S has extensive experience in Learning and Development, starting from their role as a Technical Trainer at CSC Computer Education Pvt Ltd in 2001. Priya then worked as a Technical Trainer at First Computers (formerly Brilliants) from 2001 to 2002. Priya continued their career at NIIT Limited as an Executive - Technical Trainer from 2003 to 2005. Priya then joined Maestros Mediline Systems Ltd as a Senior Executive - Technical Trainer from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Ramco Systems, where they held various positions such as Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager in Learning and Development, spanning from 2008 to 2023. Currently, Priya is serving as the Associate Director - Learning Services at ValGenesis, where they collaborate with internal stakeholders to create seamless learning experiences. Priya also establishes design standards, guidelines, and templates to elevate the overall quality of learning solutions.

Priya T S has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Bharathidasan University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Priya also has a Bachelor of Science (B.SC) degree in Chemistry from The Ethiraj College for Women, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Priya T S has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Learning and Development Manager (CLDM), ISO 27001:2013, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) - Microsoft Excel (Expert Level). Priya has also completed several online courses and programs related to leadership and instructional design.
