Isabelle de la Potterie

Isabelle de la Potterie serves as the Group General Counsel and ExCom Member at VALGO Groupe since November 2023. Previously, Isabelle held the position of Group General Counsel at Lagardère Travel Retail from April 2015 to September 2023, managing legal matters related to M&A operations, advising senior management, and overseeing compliance programs. Isabelle's experience also includes roles as General Counsel for Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia at JCDecaux, as well as positions at Soulier Avocats and Hunton & Williams LLP, where corporate law and securities transactions were key focus areas. Isabelle began their legal career in project finance at Gide Loyrette Nouel. Isabelle holds a Juris Doctor from the National Law Center of George Washington University and dual degrees in Chemistry and French from Miami University.
