Luciano Kalil

Luciano Kalil serves as the Corporate Director of Information Technology at Valgroup since May 2021, focusing on digital transformation and organizational efficiency. Prior to this role, Kalil accumulated extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing data analytics initiatives and providing IT solutions for finance operations in Latin America. Kalil's career also includes significant positions at Embraer, where roles encompassed managing corporate IT solutions, leading application development teams, and overseeing infrastructure strategies. Additionally, Kalil has engaged in academia as a post-graduate professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas and contributed as a volunteer consultant in educational programs. Kalil holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Paraíba.
