Christopher Baarstad

Christopher Baarstad serves as the Vice President of Education and Events at Valhallan, overseeing competitive gaming events and the implementation of the proprietary curriculum, "Legendary Path." Prior to this role, Christopher was the Director of Innovative Education Programs at Mater Dei High School, where responsibilities included coordinating various educational programs and managing library services. Christopher has a solid foundation in education as an English teacher and has held positions at multiple educational institutions, including Fairmont Private Schools and Riverside City College. Christopher also has experience in editorial roles, having served as Senior Managing Editor for Pomona Valley Review and as a freelance editor. Christopher holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
