Nicolas Karlen

Nicolas Karlen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nicolas began their career in 2009 as an Automatiker at Gilgen Door Systems and worked there until 2013. In 2017, they worked as an Assistent at Berner Fachhochschule BFH for a brief period. From 2018 to 2022, Nicolas worked as a Software Engineer at ALTEN Switzerland AG. Following this, they joined Bystronic Schweiz in 2022 as a Softwareingenieur until 2023. Later in 2023, they worked as an Applikationsmanager at Marti Gruppe. Currently, Nicolas holds a position as a Senior Business-Analyst at Valiant Bank starting in 2023.

Nicolas Karlen has a diverse education history. Starting in 2013, they attended the gibb Berufsfachschule Bern where they obtained their Matura. After completing their Matura, they enrolled at Berner Fachhochschule BFH in 2015 and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering). Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Nicolas is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics) from Fernfachhochschule Schweiz.
