Emma Sharma

Emma Sharma serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Valiant Integrated Services overseeing many of the vital administrative functions of the organization including the business integrity programs. As part of the team that created Valiant Integrated Services, Ms. Sharma was able to draw on her 20 years of experience as an international attorney and compliance professional.

In recent years, Ms. Sharma has worked internationally in a number of senior management and legal roles for recognized multinationals including Motorola, Business Objects (now part of SAP) and Capgemini. She is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, England, a member of the George Mason University GovCon Center Board of Advisors, and holds licenses to practice law in a number of jurisdictions.
