Boubacar Cisse

Boubacar Cisse has over two decades of work experience in talent acquisition and management roles. Boubacar is currently the Head of Talent and Engagement for North America at Valiantys, where they lead the company's talent acquisition strategy. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager and Manager of Talent and Engagement at Valiantys. Before joining Valiantys, Boubacar worked at IBM as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed a global team of recruiters and developed recruiting strategies for RPO clients. Boubacar also served as a Bilingual Staffing Consultant, managing talent acquisition and recruiting for the client Eli Lilly Canada. Earlier in their career, Boubacar worked as a Bilingual Staffing Consultant at WAGADU Consulting and as a Manager of Client Services at VTRAC Consulting Corporation. Boubacar has also held senior recruitment management positions at National Children's Center and MAXIMUS. Throughout their career, Boubacar has demonstrated expertise in sourcing and developing relationships with top talent, implementing recruiting strategies, and managing client relationships.

Boubacar Cisse holds a Master's degree in International Development from Western Michigan University. Boubacar also earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD).
