Jiecheng Dong

Jiecheng Dong is a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in cloud infrastructure and application development. Currently employed at Valiantys and a stealth startup, Jiecheng has a strong background in utilizing AWS services like Lambda, StepFunctions, and DynamoDB to architect highly available microservices and automate cloud resource provisioning. Previous experience at OSLabs involved developing a GraphQL Complexity Analysis Suite and deploying observability platforms on Azure while improving database performance through sharding and containerization. Jiecheng has also contributed to open-source projects, enhancing user experiences in applications through React and optimizing system performance. An upcoming Master of Science candidate at Cornell University, Jiecheng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
