Shalem Raju

Shalem Raju has a diverse work experience in the field of networking and software engineering. Starting in 2012, Shalem worked as a Network Engineer at Reliable Network Technologies - India, troubleshooting LAN/WAN and routing issues, monitoring WAN networks, configuring VLANS and routing protocols, and investigating problems using commands like PING and SHOW LOG. In 2013, they joined TTNetwork Integration India as a Network Engineer, where they served in various roles including Network Engineer (WAN Service delivery), Network Engineer (Project transition team), and L1 Network Support Engineer. Shalem'sresponsibilities included being the single point of contact for network delivery, establishing MPLS networks, coordinating with service providers, participating in project transition planning, studying and understanding current networking processes and monitoring tools, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting network connectivity. In 2017, Shalem joined AT&T as a Network Engineer, where they worked on network engineering and DTAC engineering roles. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Valid8.com as a Software Engineer.

Shalem Raju attended Sahyadri Science College from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Application degree in the field of Computer Science. In June 2017, they obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco.
