Kimberly Blocker

Kimberly Blocker has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Kimberly is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Validus Energy, a Denver-based exploration and production company. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Felix Water, an integrated water solutions company, and Felix Energy, a leading private exploration and production company. Kimberly also has a history of HR management roles at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Transocean, where they specialized in HR business partnering and analysis. Additionally, they have worked as an HRMS Manager at Transocean and as an HRMS Contract Trainer at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Earlier in their career, Kimberly gained experience as an HRMS Trainer and HR Generalist at Winn-Dixie and as a Residential Treatment Specialist at The Manor Foundation.

Kimberly Blocker holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Teaching Psychology from Troy University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religion/Psychology from Adrian College. In addition to their academic degrees, Kimberly Blocker has also earned several certifications, including a Certificate in Global Oil and Gas Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in August 2014. Kimberly is also a Sr Certified Professional (SCP) from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2015, and a Sr Professional in HR (SPHR) from HRCI, which they obtained in June 2013.
