Lara Badanes

Lara Badanes has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Lara started their most recent position in January 2023 as the Director of Customer Success & Enablement at Valimail. Prior to that, they worked at Quickbase from May 2020 to November 2022 as the Senior Director of Enablement. In this role, they led and designed training programs for the implementation of Salesforce & CPQ, resulting in a 15% increase in sales productivity. Lara also created the first enablement program for the Customer Success organization, reducing ramp time from 6 to 3 months.

Before Quickbase, Lara worked at Egnyte as the Director of Sales Enablement from July 2019 to March 2020. In this position, they developed a standardized new hire onboarding program and created a comprehensive program for sales development representatives, reducing the total training period from four to two weeks. Prior to that, they were the Sales Development Manager at Egnyte from October 2018 to July 2019, where they built the East Coast Sales Development Representative motion and managed the EMEA Sales Development Team, achieving a 125% increase in output.

From November 2014 to September 2018, Lara worked at SolarWinds as a Sales Manager, managing the Channel Sales team and driving product adoption and revenue growth. Lara also has experience at First Citizens Bank as the Manager of Telephone Sales, Netsertive as a Sales Productivity Specialist, and Time Warner Cable as a Corporate Sales Trainer.

Lara Badanes obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. Lara then pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Franciscan University between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, Lara Badanes has a certification as a Command of the Message Certified Facilitator from Force Management, obtained in 2021.
