Fatin Umairah

Fatin Umairah is a Senior IT Executive at Valiram since November 2022, with prior experience as a Technical Support and Release Manager at Soft Solvers Solutions from February 2020 to October 2022. In this role, Fatin effectively resolved a wide range of technical issues and provided Tier 2 IT support, collaborating with developers on change requests. Fatin also completed an internship as a Software Engineer, assisting in the implementation of a new customer onboarding system and contributing to front-end PHP development. Fatin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, obtained in August 2020.
