Brian Phelps

Brian Phelps is the CEO of Valley Care Management. Brian has been in this position since April 2001. Prior to this, they were the Controller at Richfield Retirement Community from April 1992 to April 2001. Before that, they were a Senior Staff Accountant at Orvis from April 1991 to April 1992. Prior to that, they were a Staff Accountant at Deloitte & Touche from December 1988 to April 1991.
