Tina Botdorf

Tina Botdorf has a wealth of experience in senior living operations, sales, and marketing spanning over two decades. Tina held various leadership roles such as Vice President of Operations and Sales at Valley Care Management Inc, Senior Living Operations and Sales Specialist at a private company, Regional Director of Ops at Greenfield Senior Living Inc, VP of Operations, Sales & Marketing at Affinity Living Group, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Coordinated Services Management, Inc, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Commonwealth Assisted Living, and Director of Sales at Lake Prince Center. Throughout their career, Tina has demonstrated expertise in multi-site management, launching new luxury properties, coaching and empowering sales teams, and developing effective marketing strategies within the senior living industry.

Tina Botdorf attended Chowan University until 1992 and graduated from Forest Glen High School in Suffolk, VA in 1987. Tina obtained a Texas Insurance Adjuster certification from the Florida Department of Insurance in 2006. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Florida Insurance Adjuster, North Carolina Assisted Living Administrator, and Virginia Assisted Living Administrator.
