Jill Halper is a highly experienced Pediatrician and Adolescent Medicine Physician, currently serving as the Lead Physician in General Pediatrics and the Comprehensive Adolescent Department at Valley Community Healthcare since July 2004. Jill is double board certified in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Children's Hospital Los Angeles from 2000 to 2005 as an adolescent medicine physician and completed a pediatric residency at the same institution from 1994 to 1996. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California San Diego (1981-1985), a Master of Public Health from UCLA (1995-1997), and a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Pennsylvania (1987-1991).

Valley Community Healthcare is a non-profit healthcare organization which provides primary care along with variety other services to the uninsured population of San Fernando Valley. The mission of the Valley Community Healthcare is to enhance the well-being of the community by providing high quality, culturally sensitive primary medical care and related healthcare services to those in need, regardless of their ability to pay. We achieve our mission by providing a comprehensive array of services that includes primary and some specialty care, dental, optometry, pediatrics, women's health, counseling and health education with an emphasis on prevention.
