Chaz Fillion

Chaz Fillion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community services, leadership, and sales management. Currently serving as a Housing Specialist at Valley Community Services Board since April 2025, Chaz is also a Co-Founder of The Neighbor Bridge, an initiative focused on fostering community support. As CEO of Fillion Inc. since March 2004, Chaz has successfully managed business growth and employee development. Previous roles include Connection Center Coordinator at Love In the Name of Christ, Sales Manager at TruckPro, LLC and Tire Discounters, Inc., and Service Writer at Beverage Tractor and James River Equipment. Chaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Social Work, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology, both from Liberty University.
