Mark Stallons

Mark Stallons has extensive work experience in the energy sector. Mark served as the Chief Executive Officer at Valley Electric Association, Inc. starting from December 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of President & CEO at Owen Electric Cooperative, Inc. for a period of ten years, from January 2009 to December 2019. Mark also worked as the Executive VP & General Manager at EGYPTIAN ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE from July 2002 to December 2008. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President at Midwest Energy Cooperative from June 1994 to July 2002 and as the Engineering Manager at Coles-Moultrie Electric Cooperative from July 1991 to May 1994.

Mark Stallons has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of Dayton.
