Sarah Householder has extensive experience in healthcare and medical informatics, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Valley Health since July 2006, Sarah has held multiple leadership roles, including Epic Manager for various systems related to Clin Doc-Stork, Orders, Willow, OpTime, and Anesthesia, as well as positions as Epic Supervisor and Team Lead. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Staff Pharmacist at United Health Services from May 2003 to July 2006. Sarah earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Wilkes University between 1997 and 2003.
