Leonard Adams

President, Global Irrigation and Tubing at Valley Irrigation

As group president of irrigation and tubing at Valmont®, Len is responsible for the global irrigation division. Len began his career at Valmont in 1978 upon graduating from college. For nearly two decades, he served in numerous accounting and controller positions in both the poles division and tubing division. In 1995, he became vice president of operations in the poles division. Not long after, he was promoted to vice president and general manager of the industrial products division, then president of the coatings and tubing division. Len became president of the North American irrigation and tubing divisions in 2005. He served in that role until 2009, when he was promoted to group president for global irrigation. Len received his BS in accounting from Wayne State College in Nebraska in 1978. He earned his CPA designation in 1991, then earned his executive MBA from Stanford University in 1996. He’s served on the Fremont Area United Way Board, including a term as president. He currently serves on the board of directors for the College World Series of Omaha, Inc.
