Charles Lucking

Charles Lucking currently serves as a Member of the Arizona House of Representatives, participating in the Military Affairs and Public Safety and Commerce committees. With extensive legal experience, Charles was an Attorney at Community Legal Services of Arizona, advocating for underserved communities, and previously held an attorney position at Biskind, Hunt & Semro, PLC. Additionally, Charles served as Chief Legal Officer/Chief Compliance Officer at RRA Capital, managing the commercial mortgage closing process, and worked as a Real Estate & Debt Solutions Consultant at RRA Companies. Charles’s background also includes a role on the Advisory Council of the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and a candidacy for the Phoenix Union High School District Board of Governors. Education includes a J.D. from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a B.A. in English Literature from Claremont McKenna College.
