Giana Isabel Rodríguez

Giana Isabel Rodríguez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Giana Isabel started their career as a General Member at Penn State Student Programming Association in 2021. Giana Isabel later became the Treasurer and Vice President at Penn State Ed2010, where they led a rebranding initiative and managed a social media team. Giana also worked as a Community Member at College Fashionista.

In the field of public relations, Giana was a team member and later a team lead for the Public Relations Division's Instagram Posts Team at VALLEY Magazine. Giana Isabel was responsible for creating engaging content and developing branding strategies. Giana Isabel also worked as a PR and Events Intern at PA Wedding Guide, where they contributed to the planning and promotion of styled shoot events.

Giana's marketing experience includes roles at Penn State Student Programming Association, where they served on the Marketing Committee and as the Lectures Liaison. Giana Isabel was also the Vice President of Marketing at The Women's Network, where they managed the organization's Instagram presence and promoted community engagement.

Additionally, Giana has gained experience outside of the marketing and PR fields. Giana Isabel interned at The Lede Company, where they worked on projects related to New York Fashion Week and brand management. Giana Isabel also worked as a babysitter at Nanny On Call Puerto Rico and as a medical coder at Dr. Manuel Anguita Alvarado PSC.

Giana Isabel Rodríguez completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Commonwealth Parkville School in 2021. Giana Isabel then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations at Penn State University from 2021 to 2025. In 2023 to 2024, they also participated in the Parsons X Teen Vogue Fashion Industry Essentials Program at Parsons School of Design - The New School. Additionally, Giana acquired various certifications, including Event Planning Intensive Course from The Event U and Writing Emails People Want to Read from LinkedIn in 2022. Giana Isabel also received the Inside LVMH Certificate in the same year. Giana holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 2007, as well as Microsoft Technology Associate certifications in Database, Security Fundamentals, and Windows Operating System Fundamentals.
