Jocelyn F. Caple is the interim President & CEO & Chief Medical Officer at Valley Regional Hospital, Inc. Jocelyn has also served as the President and CEO of Frisbie Memorial Hospital from January 1997 to March 2020. Jocelyn has been driving operational and performance improvements across the hospital and has helped execute numerous positive changes across the hospital’s operations. Jocelyn has also strengthened the overall culture, unifying our physician team and recruiting a highly effective leader to fill the CMO role.

Jocelyn F. Caple has a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in Ancient Studies/Civilization. Jocelyn completed their residency at The Cleveland Clinic in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and their Doctor of Medicine at UMass Chan Medical School. Jocelyn also has an Executive Master of Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Jocelyn is certified by The American Board of Pathology (ABPath) as a Diplomate in AP/CP, by the National Board of Medical Examiners as a Diplomate, and by Villanova University as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a Certificate of Achievement. Jocelyn is also a McAfee Fellow from the Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership's Physician Executive Leadership Institute Advanced Program and has completed Mediation Training from Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI). Jocelyn is licensed to practice medicine in the States of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
