Heather Burks is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing quality systems across various industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Valley Rubber, LLC since February 2015, Heather is focused on establishing a Business Management System to achieve "Best in Class" supplier status. Previous roles include Quality Analyst at Science and Engineering Services, Inc., where Heather managed corrective and preventive actions, and Quality Assurance Manager at SELEX Galileo Inc., where Heather implemented an AS 9110 Quality Management System. Additional experience includes managing quality processes at Continental Automotive and Siemens VDO, alongside a background as a Quality Control Engineer and Technical Writer.
