Meghan Donahue

Meghan Donahue has over 16 years of work experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits, total rewards, and corporate benefits management. Meghan currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Valley Veterinary Care since August 2022. Previously, they held senior leadership positions at HealthPRO Heritage, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources from August 2020 to August 2022 and Vice President of Human Resources from October 2018 to August 2020. Prior to that, Meghan worked as the Corporate Benefits Manager at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from January 2018 to October 2018 and as the Director of Total Rewards at LifeBridge Health from May 2015 to January 2018. Meghan also has experience in compensation and benefits management at Carroll Hospital from May 2009 to April 2015 and as a Human Resources Manager at Next Day Blinds from January 2006 to May 2009.

Meghan Donahue holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Frostburg State University. Meghan also obtained a Masters degree in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College.
