Rob Nelson

Rob Nelson is the current Executive Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Valley View. Rob has held this position since August 2015. Prior to that, they were with Glenwood Medical Associates from February 2011 to August 2015 where they served as a Physician Assistant and the Director of the Diabetes Program. Rob also has experience as a Quality Director. Before their work at Glenwood Medical Associates, Rob Nelson was an Emergency Department Technician at Memorial Hospital - University of Colorado Health from June 2006 to April 2007.

Rob Nelson completed a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology/Chemistry at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

They are on a team with David M. Brooks - Chief Medical Officer, Daniel Biggs - Chief Operating Officer, and George D. Trantow - Chief of Physician Operations. Their manager is Brian C. Murphy, Chief Executive Officer.
