Brad Rogers

Brad Rogers, MHA, is chief operating officer of Valley Health Medical Group and vice president of Valley Physician Enterprise. He joined the hospital system in August 2021. Rogers has over 10 years of senior healthcare management experience with a focus on physician practice management. Prior to joining Valley Health, Rogers was vice president of operations at Lexington Medical Center in South Carolina. He was also the chief administrative officer of UCLA Health’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in Los Angeles, California. Rogers began his healthcare career at Palmetto GBA, a Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina subsidiary, where he created training programs used by Medicare contractors throughout the U.S.

During his 25-year healthcare career, Rogers has built high-performing teams to assist physician practices in maximizing patient experience and optimizing physician efficiency and productivity. Rogers has also created successful healthcare administrative and nurse practitioner fellowship programs to prepare others for healthcare service. Rogers received his Bachelor of Arts from Emmanuel College and his Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University.
