Kate Rhodes

Kate Rhodes has extensive experience in nursing leadership, currently serving as the Executive Director of Nursing for Ambulatory and Physician Services at Maricopa Integrated Health System since May 2002. In this role, Kate provides executive leadership in planning, implementing, and improving clinical care quality in ambulatory settings. Prior to this position, Kate managed multiple outpatient clinics at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center for 13 years, overseeing various services and engaging in strategic planning and financial analysis. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Nursing at Arrowhead Hospital, where Kate managed the hiring and orientation of staff for a new facility, and several positions at Maricopa Integrated Health System, beginning as a Patient and Staff Educator. Kate's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York Binghamton.
