Lijuan Chen has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global & EH S&OP Manager at Vallourec since March 2006. In this role, Lijuan Chen is responsible for the Group S&OP process, facilitating communication, consolidating regional data, managing sales demand, and optimizing production plans. Previous roles at Vallourec include Managing Director, where accountability encompassed overseeing facility activities and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, as well as S&OP Manager for the MEA region and Marketing Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Import Export Manager at Leoni Wire (Changzhou) Co. Ltd. Lijuan Chen holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Maastricht School of Management and Nanjing University.
