Cristian Moraes, MBA, has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1995 to 1997, they attended SENAI Papel e Celulose and obtained a Technical degree in Pulp and Paper. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, Moraes pursued studies at Centro Tecnológico de Mecatrônica SENAI Caxias do Sul, where they earned a degree in Technology with a focus on Automation.

In 2020 to 2022, Moraes enrolled in Unigran EAD and pursued a degree in Management Process, further enhancing their knowledge in the field of Management. Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, they attended IEBS and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Digital Business.
