Uldis Rekners

Uldis Rekners is a highly experienced professional in product development and quality assurance within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Head of Product Development at VALMIERA GLASS GROUP since November 2021, Uldis has previously held significant roles including Open Lab Manager at Materize and Product Development Director at TENAX PANEL and TENAPORS SIA. With a background in managing product development across various companies, Uldis has also contributed to standardization efforts as an expert in CEN/TC 129 WG4. Uldis holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and has a rich history of leadership in conformity assessment and quality management, notably at the Conformity Assessment Centre of Construction Products.
