Dražen Martinović

Dražen Martinović has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Dražen is currently working as the Head of HR Technology & Compensation and Benefits at Valneva, a position they have held since November 2022. In this role, they are responsible for implementing HR transformation projects, enhancing employee experience, and introducing technology updates to meet business challenges. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications in leadership development, CRM simulations training, human resources, change management, project management, and labor law.
