Einar Vollan

Einar Vollan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Einar started their career in 1987 at MSD, where they worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, Product Manager, and Sales Manager. In 1995, they moved to Rhone-Poulenc Rorer as the Marketing & Sales Director for Sweden & Norway. In 2000, they joined Aventis as the Business Unit Director for Sweden. Einar then worked as the Country Manager for Sweden at Amgen from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2013, Einar served as the General Manager Nordic at Sanofi Pasteur MSD. Einar later became the Chairman of the Board at Scandinavian Development Services from 2013 to 2021. Currently, Einar is the Head of Commercial Operations Europe at Valneva, a role they have held since 2020.

Einar Vollan completed their Bachelor's Degree from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) between 1983 and 1985. Later, they obtained an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics from 2001 to 2003.
