Elisabeth Ohadian

Elisabeth Ohadian has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Elisabeth currently works at Valneva as the Director of Human Resources Nordics since 2020. Prior to this, they held the roles of Head of HR Sweden and Senior HR Specialist at Valneva Sweden AB starting from 2015. Elisabeth also worked at Crucell Sweden AB as an HR Specialist, providing guidance and support to managers in recruitment, rehabilitation, HR matters, and labor law issues. Elisabeth also has experience in organizational restructuring, salary mapping, and occupational health. Elisabeth began their career as a Social Worker at Individ- och Familjeomsorgen, where they handled cases related to financial assistance. Elisabeth also worked as a Handläggare at Socialstyrelsen.

Elisabeth Ohadian attended Linköping University from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations. During their time at the university, they also completed a 20 p program in Human Resources and Adult Education.
