Jennifer Burdman

Jennifer Burdman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is at Valo, where they hold multiple leadership roles including VP, Chief Counsel - Technology & Therapeutics, Chief IP Officer, and Deputy General Counsel. Before Valo, they were a Beta User at The Fourth Floor, a membership community empowering women leaders and startup founders. Prior to that, Jennifer served as the Chief Intellectual Property Officer and Deputy General Counsel at PolarityTE. Jennifer also worked as a Partner at King & Spalding, Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP, and an Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Jennifer started their career as a Patent Agent at Cooper & Dunham LLP.

Jennifer Burdman obtained their AB degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Dartmouth College from 1994 to 1998. Jennifer then attended Fordham University School of Law from 2000 to 2003, where they earned their JD degree. In addition to their educational background, Jennifer is also a Registered Patent Attorney, having obtained this certification from the USPTO in November 1999.
