Yael Nadlin Carmeli

Yael Nadlin Carmeli has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2001, they began their career as a Senior Security Agent at EL AL Israel Airlines, where they managed security teams and led various security assignments. From 2013 to 2016, Yael worked as a Medical Device Associate at RM Global Partners, supporting multi-million dollar investment decisions and strategic transactions. From 2018 to 2019, they served as an Analyst at Impact First Investments, where they generated and managed deal-flow, analyzed potential investees, and supported portfolio companies' business development activities. Yael then joined Zebra Medical Vision Ltd in 2019 as a Grants Program Manager, responsible for project management of government grant programs and grant writing. Currently, they are employed as an Innovation Consultant at Valo, starting in 2021.

Yael Nadlin Carmeli completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in 2015 and a B.Sc. in the same field from the same institution in 2009. Additionally, they pursued 1er Cycle studies in Transportation Design at CREAPOLE from 2002 to 2004.
