Joshua Chen

Joshua Chen is a Senior Software Engineer at Valocity, responsible for the development and maintenance of mobile applications for both Android and iOS since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Software Engineer at HelpTank, where Joshua is a volunteer focusing on UX/UI, and Developer at Intergen within the Digital Operations Support team. Joshua served as a Xamarin Mobile Developer at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, leading the development of an internal mobile application. Additional experience encompasses positions at Ascend Reality as a UX Consultant, Cubic Corporation as a Software Engineer, and various roles in web development and digital migration projects. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Human Interface Technology and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Canterbury.
