Alex Siclari

Alex S. has a diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design. In 2011, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at Mustard Seed Services, LLC, where they built websites for small to medium-sized businesses and utilized growth hacking techniques. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Director of Product Design at Bandbasher, leading a team and contributing to the research, design, and usability of the Bandbasher platform. They also designed online and react native consumer applications. In 2018, they joined Jack Henry & Associates as an Advanced Product Designer, working on a team to create solutions for Banno's white-label banking SaaS application. They were responsible for wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys for Banno's native iOS and Android apps, and led the redesign of the web and native applications. From 2019 to 2020, Alex worked as a Senior Product Designer at Headway - Design & Development, collaborating with clients to create SaaS solutions and leading user research, testing, wireframing, and prototyping. They also managed sprint planning using the MoSCow prioritization method. Currently, since 2020, they hold the position of Senior UX/UI Manager at USSSA.

Alex S. has a Master's degree in User Experience Design from Quinnipiac University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Sport Administration from Canisius College from 2011 to 2015. Their education history also includes a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from State University of New York Cortland, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their degrees, Alex S. has obtained certifications in Google Analytics and Google Adwords. Alex received their Google Analytics certification from Google in January 2015 and their Google Adwords certification from Google in January 2014.
