Kirk Schmink

Kirk L. Schmink is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of People and Vice President of Operations at Valon since July 2023. Additionally, Kirk acts as an advisor for LayerUp and Loop. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and advisor at Loop, with significant contributions during a transformative period for the company. At Snapdocs, Kirk held the position of Vice President of Operations during a hyper-growth phase, overseeing various operational functions. Earlier experiences include managerial roles at Apple, Keen IO, Amazon, and McMaster-Carr, with a focus on strategy development, supply management, and operational leadership. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Letters and Society from the University of Chicago.
