Tiffany Staten Cruz

Tiffany Staten Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal, risk, and compliance management. Currently serving as the Legal, Risk, Compliance Quality Control Project Manager at Valon since May 2022, Tiffany has successfully established and expanded the compliance and risk department at the Phoenix office. Previous roles include Loan Officer Assistant at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, where Tiffany facilitated the loan processing and underwriting process, and Collateral Loss Mitigation Manager at Mr. Cooper, managing a team and overseeing HR processes. Tiffany also served as Operations Manager at Bank of America, where a strong grasp of corporate policy and employment law was utilized, and worked as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Pillinger & Cruz.
