Amber Buchanan

Amber Buchanan has experience as a Teacher, Digital Literacy Specialist, and Associate Teacher at Valor Collegiate Academies since July 2015. Prior to this role, Amber served as an Americorps Member at the Martha O'Bryan Center, focusing on elementary school students and their families. Additionally, Amber worked as Support Staff at the Handicapped Development Center and managed a Day Camp for impoverished children with Mountain TOP. Amber holds a Master of Education from Lipscomb University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology (with a concentration in social welfare) and Creative Writing from Augustana College.
